Overhauled the driver partner onboarding flow to boost lead-to-driver conversion and reduce acquisition costs, while addressing fraud and new user personas inclusion. Streamlined the process through detailed analysis and refinement, focusing on pain points to enhance efficiency and smoothness of the partner onboarding experience

Designed a self-service feature for our driver partner to update bank details in our app, aimed at enhancing user experience & information security while also reducing the support workload.

Reduced the coordination friction between the Customer and the Delivery Partner by designing P2P chat experience between the Customer and the Delivery Partner. Resulted in the ✧ TPO reduction by 50% in the orders where chat was used.
Improved the visibility and communication of information such as dues, coupons, and extra charges, ensuring greater transparency for our customers in the checkout flow. This resulted in the ✧ TPO reduction by upto 25% of some related issues.
Scaler is an online transformative upskilling platform for working tech professionals. My work here included:
- Helped in creating the design system
- Designing a landing page for an upcoming Scaler Data Science & ML program.
- Helping a senior designer with designing a dashboard for internal use by the sales team
- Revamping the visual design of an existing community landing page.
Was building a platform that helps parents & coaches engage in the student’s holistic development. Being the sole designer my work included coming up with MVP for the product from scratch. The process included UX research, Wireframing, UI design, and Prototyping. I also collaborated with the Stakeholders to define an initial product strategy and helped with dev handoff.
Zubi was an Ed-tech company focusing on building an integrated and inclusive ecosystem around new-age technologies. My work included revamping the existing landing pages and also designing some for new product launches.
Volunteering
Organised various music events at college, mentored new recruits and looked after the overall management of the Club.
Managed administrative logistics of events planning and made sure the smooth functioning of events held in the annual cultural fest - Vivacity.
